7 tips for booking an airport taxi without stress

1. Share your flight number, not just the time. A good operator tracks the flight, so a delay does not become a waiting charge.
2. Book the night before for early flights. For departures before 6 am, confirm your cab by the previous evening.
3. Ask for a fixed fare. Confirm that parking and tolls are included, so there is no surprise at the end.
4. Know where to meet. Most drivers wait at the arrival gate with a name board. Save the driver's number before you land.
